Bumped version to 1.30 in honor of the PDP11 module that's being integrated, along with my first attempt to use a newer version of the Closure Compiler (ie, the JavaScript version), as well as giving Gulp a try -- although Gulp leaves just as bad a taste in my mouth as Grunt did

Added mobile browser detection to disable FileReader controls on mobile devices
...
While support for local disk images and other local resources can work on some mobile devices, I don't think the use cases warrant the extra (largely wasted) screen space

Removed useless sHTMLClass parameter from all setBinding() methods
...
HTML controls with bindings are now identified by the single class attribute of "{APPCLASS}-binding" instead of the somewhat arbitrary "{APPCLASS}-input" or "{APPCLASS}-output" classes
