65a9d17674 Toshiba T3100e improvements : 
* Enables [Fn]+key combinations (using right-Ctrl or right-Alt as [Fn]). In particular:
* Implements switching the built-in display adapter between the 'internal' plasma display ([Fn]+[Home]) and an 'external' CGA monitor ([Fn]+[End])
* Allows the video font to be toggled between thin and thick ([Fn]+[Right arrow]).
* Implements the four hardware fonts of the original, selectable in BIOS setup.
* Implements CRTC register 12h (attribute mapping and display type)

2ca86ba028 Added support for Tandy 1000 HX and SL/2. As part of this commit : 
- FDC now selects drive number from DOR (0x3f2)
- FDC now fails seeks on drives > 1
- XT systems no longer have BIOS mapping at E0000-EFFFF
- SN76489 now distinguishes between SN76496 (PCjr and early Tandy 1000), NCR8496 (later Tandy 1000 - different noise handling) and PSSJ
- Removed redundant limits on memory configuration - allows selection of 768k for Tandy 1000 SL/2

a8b286a2ec Added correct clock support for S3 Trio64 (Number Nine 9FX). 
Seperated TGUI9440 and TVGA8900D implementations.
Modes > 8 bpp now handled more logically in SVGA core.
Fixed broken status window for most SVGA cards.
Masking of address on 'legacy' VGA memory ranges now handled better.
