5f0d43f782 Prefetch simulation no longer counts prefixes when prefetch calculation disabled (eg when CPU cache enabled). Fixes hang on reset on 486+ CPUs. 2017-10-15 21:29:49 +01:00

4ca6d67f87 Sound Blaster improvements : 
- Implemented audio recording on SB16 & AWE32 (MIDI only)
- Mixer improvements
- SB 2.0 CD mixer can be emulated
- DSP tweaks, mainly for SB Pro. Implemented speaker on/off and limited high speed DMA to SB 2.0 & Pro
- A few other things
