BOOTDEMO.MAC is based on BOOT.MAC written by Paul Nankervis)

BOOTDEMO.MAC was cross-assembled with MACRO11 to produce BOOTDEMO.LST, which was then processed by FileDump to produce BOOTDEMO.JSON.
