Documented the MTPS (11/34A), MFPS (11/34A), and MFPT (11/44+) instructions, even though our basic model support (11/20, 11/40, 11/45, and 11/70) doesn't use them

The Computer component's 'resume' property can now be overridden from the URL, since we now query it with getMachineParm(); a default machine parameter value can now be included on the call, too
