Eliminated the NO_FLAGS hack, which was doubly-annoying because its sole purpose was to prevent writes to ONE address -- the PSW -- from modifying any flags; the proper solution is to simply ensure that all flag updates occur before the destination is written

Added support for paste to the VT100, but browser idiosyncrasies (eg, Chrome) are proving irksome; for now, you'll have more luck with Firefox, or sticking to machines that use a textarea for their I/O instead the VT100 if you need to do a lot of pasting

Changed PC8080 auto-release timeout for key presses to use built-in setTimer() instead of the browser's setTimeout(), and reduced the timeout from 100ms to 50ms; let's see if the VT100 still experiences dropped keys when typing fast
