The base machine used for Windows 1.01 (CGA) is NOT supposed to have the computer 'resume' property set (just the debugger-based machine); I probably should allow pages to override the machine's internal 'resume' setting, too....

When a 'state' file is passed as a URL parameter, that's supposed to override a machine's 'resume' setting, but if a 'state' file is passed as EITHER a computer parameter (the original XML-based method) OR as a machine parameter (a newer method that allows a web page to override certain XML settings), that is NOT supposed to override the 'resume' setting. This restores the ability of the DONKEY.BAS demo to BOTH define a state file AND allow the machine to be suspended and resumed. Additionally, a new-ish Video card property (offStartAddr), which was originally added for the EGA/VGA, was not properly initialized for other cards, so when we restored the display of a suspended machine with a CGA, nothing would be displayed, due to lots of NaN buffer address calculations.

The Disk component needed improved handling of disk images containing sectors with no 'data' or 'byte' arrays, the Disk restore code needed to stop complaining about disk mismatches when there was no previous disk, and Disk notice() and println() calls (including those made on its behalf; eg, from assert() calls) needed to be passed through to the controller that called it. Also, since the PC-DOS 1.x disk images were changed recently to include BPBs, machines that use those disks and have a machine state file needed their state file updated (eg, the DONKEY.BAS demo).

Numerous changes to make paper tape configurations more consistent with disk configurations. This allows all devices to share the machine-wide "autoMount" configuration object, now that the PC11 has a proper device name ("PTR"), making its properties distinguishable from those for RK11 and RL11 drives (eg, "RK0", "RL0", etc). And all the tape/disk components now use "Load" functions to connect a tape or disk to a device ("Attach" is deprecated). And finally, all tape/disk components now support operations to deposit their media directly into memory -- although in this case, the names of the operations are necessarily different: "Read" for tape images, "Boot" for disk images. The difference is partly historical convention but also reflects the fact that a "Boot" operation is more limited: paper tapes were designed to be completely loaded into memory, whereas bootable disks are designed for only the first sector to be loaded and executed. Also, paper tape images are now flagged as non-auto-starting, because they often require some user action (eg, loading another tape, setting some switches, etc), whereas disk boot sectors are flagged as auto-starting (see the fStart parameter of the loadImage() interface in the RAM component).
