Changed the RESET button to *not* autoStart a machine when a Debugger is present, so that the Debugger can "cleanly" load bootstrap sequences and boot without side-effects (eg, unexpected interrupts)

Updated DriveController to save/restore the currently mounted disk (which may differ from the pre-configured disk if the user mounted a different disk), and cleaned the interfaces up a little
