Jeff Parsons	4be8640af8	Changed the RESET button to *not* autoStart a machine when a Debugger is present, so that the Debugger can "cleanly" load bootstrap sequences and boot without side-effects (eg, unexpected interrupts)	2017-02-04 12:22:50 -08:00
