Galaxy Nova 16 Extra (Clinton, AZ1605) emulation. Patch from EluanCM.
Clinton is currently marked as DEVICE_NOT_WORKING due to issues with DOS drivers.
The new code is based on timestamps, rather than delays. This eliminates the
need to update every timer in timer_process(), which cost a non-trivial amount
of CPU time on low-end machines.
This involved changes to every user of the timer code, so this change almost
certainly introduces bugs.
- Implemented audio recording on SB16 & AWE32 (MIDI only)
- Mixer improvements
- SB 2.0 CD mixer can be emulated
- DSP tweaks, mainly for SB Pro. Implemented speaker on/off and limited high speed DMA to SB 2.0 & Pro
