38fb86cb95 stack32 is now always 0 or 1, to prevent failed comparisons in 386_dynarec.c. 
Only clear an entry in codeblock_hash if it's pointing to the block actually being deleted.
Speeds up menus in Railroad Tycoon II significantly.

eebdc165b2 FDC changes : 
- Seperated disk and disk drive emulation
- Support more drive types - 5.25" dual RPM, 3.5" DD, 3.5" HD, 3.5" HD 3-Mode
- Support drive swapping (FDC37c665 only)
- Support FDC FIFO
- Support other FDC 'enhanced mode' behaviour
- Support IBM XDF format images
- Formatting now formats both tracks, and uses correct 'fill' byte
- Various other improvements

Many of these changes provided by Battler

2ca86ba028 Added support for Tandy 1000 HX and SL/2. As part of this commit : 
- FDC now selects drive number from DOR (0x3f2)
- FDC now fails seeks on drives > 1
- XT systems no longer have BIOS mapping at E0000-EFFFF
- SN76489 now distinguishes between SN76496 (PCjr and early Tandy 1000), NCR8496 (later Tandy 1000 - different noise handling) and PSSJ
- Removed redundant limits on memory configuration - allows selection of 768k for Tandy 1000 SL/2
